Have you ever wanted to learn to dance, but didn't know where to start? Don't think you can dance? Well, here is your chance to learn how to "Dance Like the Stars" in a fun social atmosphere. No experience required. You will learn the rudimentary skills necessary to move you across the floor, and look good doing it.

BallroomLife is the place to be to learn to dance or to hone your skills.  Not only will you learn the basic movements, but also the technique and styling to look fabulous on the dancefloor.  Remember...only you can put limits on your abilities.

ProDVIDA Master's Certified Instructor James Stowell and his wife, Victoria, teach weekly group classes, private lessons and wedding choreography. We are recognized by ProDVIDA (Dance Vision International Dance Association), and teach according to the DVIDA syllabus - the standard of excellence in top ballroom competitions and studios.

See our Calendar for class locations and times.

Note to the Men

Women love a man who can dance.  What woman has not grown up twirling and pretending to be a princess.  I believe it is in their DNA.  Here is your opportunity to help her fulfill her dream.

When you take to the floor, the ladies are watching.  You will never lack for partners.  Whether you are single, dating or married, you can earn major brownie points by learning to dance.  You don't have to look like Tony Dovolani or Riccardo Cocchi.  The ladies will give you credit for trying.

Dance is about relationship and communication.  Dance helps to maintain the element of romance in your relationship.  It gives you an opportunity to dress up, take her out on a date, holding her in your arms and sweeping her gracefully across the floor.  In our classes, you will learn how dance can improve your life in both areas.

I am often inspired by 80 year old gentlemen who are still dancing and romancing their wives.  I see the smiles on their wives faces.  They seem so happy.  I want to be like them when I am their age.
